Wearing Boots As A Wedding Hairstylist
by Karina Nov. 20, 2021
Last evening, our wonderful and beautiful model and hairstylist, Emily stopped over to our home to cut our hair and catch up on each other's lives. We always have a fun time because she is so full of life and has a quick wit about her.
She is a certified stylist, but only does it on the side as a part time gig. Her day job provides her with stability and some freedoms that she may not get if she was a full-time stylist. But lately, with weddings exploding in popularity due to the restrictions from covid being lifted, it seems like she is the most busy ever doing wedding party hair (Justin, who occasionally shoots photos for our social media is experiencing the same increase in work too). She was saying that she is booked all the way through November and sometimes on both Saturdays and Sundays. This is great for her making some extra money, but it will be nice when she can return to normal for a bit and catch her breath.
The reason this is so interesting to me, is that since it is Autumn, Emily had been wearing her Leviticus Fashions Over The Knee Boots to the wedding venues while she does hair. She took a couple photos (below), but she needs a new and better phone, but at least you can get the idea. She looks so stylish and awesome! :)
While cutting our hair she was telling us that so many of the bridal party ladies were gushing over her boots and asking her about them. She gave them our Leviticus Fashions information and we will see if it helps to bring our designs to more fashionable and trendy women out in the real world! Stay tuned because God is in control of this fun and exciting journey or our's to rescue victims of human trafficking and change the perception of thigh high boots!
Have a Happy Thanksgiving and take time to praise God, be thankful for your blessings, and love your family, friends, and neighbors!
